Productions should review the information on Filming in Maryland before beginning a production in the State, as well as consult guidance issued by the local jurisdiction in which they would like to film. Productions are urged to review and follow the proposed health and safety guidelines put forth in (1) the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) Industry-Wide Labor-Management Safety Committee Task Force Whitepaper, (2) the DGA, SAG-AFTRA, IA & Teamsters' Committees for COVID-19 Joint Report The Safe Way Forward: A Joint Report of the DGA, SAG-AFTRA, IA & Teamsters' Committees for COVID-19 Safety Guidelines, (3) the Producers Guild of America's (PGA) Production Safety Task Force's COVID Safety Protocols for Producing Independent Productions, and/or (4) the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) Covid-19 Workplace Guidelines and Considerations.
